To submit your telemedicine appointment registration, please complete your payment.
Please note that telemedicine appointments are self-pay services. Insurance is not accepted for FirstMed Telemedicine.
Next steps and what to expect
After your payment has been received, our staff will email you within 1 business day (excluding holidays) with the date, time, and link for your appointment. You will receive an automated text message reminder 24 hours in advance.
At the time of your appointment, join the virtual waiting room. It is accessible via the link in the email and/or text message confirmation. Your provider will start the call.
Sometimes it is not possible to perfectly match your scheduling request. If your scheduled time doesn’t work for you, let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a no-show, rescheduling, or cancellation fee.
If your doctor determines that a physical examination is necessary, based on your specific case, you may be advised to schedule a separate in-person appointment.
COVID-19: Paxlovid cannot be prescribed due to local restrictions. If you currently have COVID-19, please be aware that your Telemedicine consultation will be to discuss your condition and recommended treatments.
