Treatment of Personal Data
1. The data controller

3. Place of processing
The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned office and is only handled by the technical staff of the office in charge of processing and / or by any persons in charge of any maintenance operations.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who submit requests for the sending of informative material are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested.
4. Types of data processed
A. Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the user to be identified.
This category of data includes:
- the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site;
- the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the site.
B. Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.
In relation to receiving telephone or electronic communications via (e-mail, sms, Whatsapp, and other company communication channels) to be provided with information regarding the appointments set by me.

5. Purpose of data processing
Your personal data collected will be processed by our structure for the following purposes:
- Registering patient data into our EHR (electronic health records) system
- Determining the type and urgency of requested medical appointments
- Completing information requests
6. Optional supply of data
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the forms on the landing pages.
Failure to provide them may make it impossible to be contacted by e-mail.
For the sake of completeness, it should be remembered that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases, the reply is mandatory under penalty of an administrative sanction.
7. Processing methods
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
8. Data retention times
The personal data provided by you and collected by the writer will be kept by the latter for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and on the basis of the criteria defined internally by FIRSTMED CENTERS S.r.l., the duration of these terms is indicated in an internal document that it may be brought to your attention following your specific request.

FIRSTMED CENTER S.r.l. does not intend to transfer your data to third countries (non-EU countries).
10. Withdraw consent
In any case, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, in accordance with the provisions of art. 7, paragraph 3 of EU Reg. 2016/679, without compromising the legality of this processing carried out on the basis of this consent until the time of revocation.
11. Complaint to the competent authority
If you find a violation of your rights according to EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint through the supervisory authority of your country of residence or the Italian data protection authority (http://www.garanteprivacy.it).
